We offer sports empowerment programs. Our programs teach various skills where creativity, confidence, sportsmanship, leadership, teamwork, and entrepreneurship are stressed. Our programs are designed to engage youth, coaches, and administrators. We bring passion, positivity, and professionalism to our programs. We aim to share best practices, and always do so from a position of cultural humility implementing meaningful programs that positively impact communities.
We are deeply committed to advocating for grassroots social, racial, environmental, and economic justice. Our team consists of current and former professional athletes, coaches and professors who travel overseas to lead youth sports clinics and personal development workshops. The goal is to educate, empower and inspire youth to believe in themselves, set goals, and achieve them.
Fit4Her Football uses soccer as a vehicle for social change. We try to create opportunities for youth to join teams and find the motivator they need to advance their education and prepare for life beyond the classroom.
Our programs are designed to address issues that relate to gender empowerment, racial equity and social justice as well as address the importance of leadership, teamwork, respect for diversity, and education. We aim to develop life skills while teaching personal and social responsibility, empowering individuals, and uniting communities through sport.
We aim to build friendly, peaceful relations between people through sports, cultural, academic, and professional exchanges. We spend time running soccer clinics, conducting personal development workshops, participating in community outreach activities, and engaging youth in a dialogue on various topics. Our work increases the capability of women and girls to realize their rights, determine their life outcomes, and influence decision making in households, communities, and societies.
