We work with clubs by teaching their coaches how to develop a progressive strength and conditioning program that takes their players’ games to a new level. At any age, simply practicing and playing the game do not provide a sufficient stimulus to prepare the body for the major muscular demands of the sport. A well-designed training program will elicit greater athletic performance gains due to the body being placed under constantly changing exercise progressions and intensities that are customized to an individual’s or team’s specific needs.
